Hydraulic Vane To Piston Pump Changeover Plate for Ford NAA and Golden Jubilee
This plate includes 4 O-rings.
NOTE for INSTRUCTIONS:Unless you are a professional welder, do not attempt this - take it to a professional welder. Drain oil. Remove original lines from the tractor, clean out the lines with solvent and blow dry with compressed air. Un-sweat the flanges at the hydraulic pump end (do not cut the lines as this may make them too short). Bolt the rear flanges back up to the rear end housing and position the new plate over the exposed line ends. Verify that the new plate is level and in-line with the original rear flanges. Mark the lines to the flange for the final fit. Have a professional welder finish welding the flanges to the lines. Blow the lines out with compressed air. Install the new O-rings and bolt the lines to the rear end and pump. Add new oil and bleed the pump (pump will usually have a hex or square pipe plug for the bleeder).
